Cast Biographies

 

Margo Buege (Curia, First Officer) is a junior. This is her third year being involved in Walker Drama. She was in David and Lisa and Spoon River Anthology earlier this year. She has loved working with the cast of What You Will! and would like to thank them for all the smiles and laughter.

Natalie Woods (Viola) is thrilled to spend her final high school performance with this cast. She has been a member of Curtain Call Youth Players, Troupe, and SRO for the past four years with her lovable "twin", Park. This year she appeared in Troupe DuJour and Spoon River Anthology. She thanks God and her family for making her who she is now… She also thanks Ken for being the director who cast her as Viola-and helped her have a great time along the way. She wishes her fellow seniors luck and love to her junior cast mates…

Michelle Wyant (Maria) is in her second, and final, year in Advanced Drama. She has greatly enjoyed this year, as well as the change of style. Michelle played Annas in The Passion, Sandra in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, the director of the retirement home in Marvin's Room, the assistant to Cornwall in King Lear and a bunch of different people in Spoon River Anthology. She thanks all those who ran lines with her. It's been fun!

Ruthie Yow (Feste) is enjoying her third year of high school drama. She is thrilled to be working with such a talented cast and looks forward to senior year productions. Lost in the oblivion of "teen angst" without their guidance, Ruthie thanks her parents, who are almost as patient as her loving director.

Nicole Lobdell (Stage Manager) is a junior who enjoys drinking café mocha, reading Shakespeare and shopping at Psycho Sisters. She was Assistant Stage Manager of Spoon River Anthology and performed the role of "the Headmistress" in The Good Doctor. Nicole is the reigning Tech Goddess and Princess of Powertools.

Jonathan Dunlap (Assistant Stage Manager) is also known as "Johnny D: Man of Mystery." He enjoys spending his free time playing soccer, pool and generally being Johnny D! Due to an excess of free time he chose to participate in this production and thanks Mr. B for the opportunity. He also thanks Richard, Richard, Sandals, Eric and Richard's "neo-boots." John played "Simon" in David and Lisa and helped build the stage for The Good Doctor. No, really - he helped build the stage!
Jon Horn (Sir Andrew Aguecheek) has been with Walker Drama for three years and will miss it, dearly, when he is graduated. He has been featured in such productions as The Passion, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Marvin's Room, King Lear and Spoon River Anthology. Jon would like to thank both Mr. Deavers and Mr. Bolinsky, each in their own right, for inspiring him to perform. He would also like to thank his parents and all of the friends who have supported him from the beginning. He plans to attend Furman University in the fall.

Ramona McClain (Lady Fabia) is a senior. She has enjoyed her eight years at Walker involved in Swimming, Cross-Country, Latin Club, Interact Club, and Drama. At Walker she has performed in The Passion, Isle of Dogs, Museum and Spoon River Anthology. Outside of school she is a Girl Scout Gold Award recipient and works as a model. Ramona would like to thank her parents, great- grandmother Signe, Willsons, Beartusks and friends.

Maggie Samra (Olivia) is a junior enjoying her third year of Walker Drama and is thrilled to be performing in her first Shakespeare. She also looks forward to participating in Walker's new Improv Troupe. Past performances include Spoon River Anthology, Museum, and The Sure Thing.

Amanda Sweatt (Antonia) is excited to be in her third year of upper school drama. She has loved getting to know the seniors and wishes them the best of luck next year. She wishes to thank her parents, the Bollweevils, and "Ramon" for their support throughout the production.

Thomas Ward (Malvolio) has enjoyed his last year in Walker Drama like a … (a great deal.) He would like to thank Mrs. B, Mr. D, Mrs. S, Mr., Mrs., and Master W, Mr. B, Sethe's pet rooster, "Mister," Mrs. I (from the letter people), Mrs. McC, Mr. P, Mr. R, Mr. L, Mr. X (?), Lord O, Mr. McK, Sir G and Joseph's boots.

Park Cofield (Sebastian) is playing half a twin in this, his third Shakespeare experience. Last summer he was Claudio in Much Ado About Nothing. He has also played Lysander in A Midsummer Night's Dream. In addition to Shakespeare he enjoys stage combat and set painting. This year he has been in Spoon River Anthology, Troupe DuJour, formed W.I.T, the Walker Improv Troupe, and designed the set for The Good Doctor. Thanks to Jason, Katie, Zach, Amelia, Ken, and the Cast.

Adam Creager (Sir Toby Belch) has been involved in Walker Drama for nearly four years, having played in The Passion, English Made Simple, Museum and Spoon River Anthology. He plans to attend Auburn University in the fall to study Mechanical Engineering. Adam would like to thank his classmates for their tolerance, compassion and counsel and Daniel, Inge and Maria Creager for their cooperation in his efforts to prepare for this production. Most of all, he thanks Mr. Bolinsky for his support, encouragement and enthusiasm in preparing Adam to perform Shakespeare.

Richard Daniel (Duke Orsino) is a junior and has been at Walker since 1989. Last year he played David in the SRO production of David and Lisa. Earlier this year he performed several roles in Spoon River Anthology, and also designed the set. Richard was assistant stage manager for The Good Doctor -- he enjoys working backstage as well as acting. He thanks Natalie, Eric, Ken, Richard Q., and Michelle for their support.

Eric Goetschalckx (Sea Captain, Second Officer, Priest) most recently performed in Spoon River Anthology, and served as Stage Manager for The Good Doctor. Eric suffers from a complete lack of hobbies, due to his ever-changing interests. He devotes all of his free time to the Drama program simply because he enjoys spending hours upon hours with his good buddies Ken and Richard.
